Rally Vincent (from Gunsmith Cats / Bean Bandit)

Sure, I only have her with one pistol, but considering that she has a nigh perfect accuracy rating shot for shot, she's not one for "spray and pray" shooting. Rally is definitely hand dominant though, and her accuracy with her off hand suffers somewhat, so while she may carry back-up pistols, she'll only ever use one of them at a time. She does have a preference for disabling shots though, as live bounties tend to be worth more.
